The purpose of this theme session is to share (peer to peer) knowledge about the integration of corporate, IT and digital strategies, viewed from the theory / consultancy as well as from the practice of our members and to discuss vision and experiences.

How agile is your organisation? To what extent is the agile mindset already rooted and working together in self-directed teams to deliver real value for customers and business? This knowledge group (CEG) exchanges experiences and best practices on agile transformation.

This joint session brings together CIO Office managers and CEG Infrastructure experts in an informal and trusted environment. Strategic choices, governance challenges and practical experiences are connected with the technical realities of infrastructure, service management and (out)sourcing. It is a valuable meeting where strategic leadership and technical expertise reinforce each other — and where insights from both domains come together in day‑to‑day practice.

In this session, we will exchange experiences on AI in equipment or Embodied AI: artificial intelligence that not only thinks, but also sees, feels, and acts in the physical environment. Members of PostNL and Enexis share their experiences.

Central to the meeting of the CEG Data knowledge group is the exchange of knowledge and experiences by data specialists, managers and anyone who is data minded. Expect practical case(s), best practices and the necessary mutual inspiration. 

The Expert Group Architecture is all about sharing knowledge and experiences among architects at the intersection of IT and business. Get inspired by real-world cases and best practices on stakeholder management, business alignment, agile architecture, tooling, modeling, and visualization. The central challenge: agility. Share and learn from each other!
