The CIO Platform Nederland (Maanweg 174, 2516 AB Den Haag) is the independent association of persons with overall responsibility for digitalization and/or ICT within large private and public organizations in the Netherlands. Besides this focus group of CIO’s/CDO’s, we also cater to their colleagues and employees. To be able to participate in the network of the CIO Platform Nederland, it is necessary that you register yourself. There is no limit for accounts per organization, in short: your registration will not cost your organization extra money.
Your personal data:
- will only be processed by us when you freely give your consent for this. We will use your data to correctly register you in our members database. After this process, you will receive credentials, with which you will have access to our Online Environment ‘My CIO’. Here you can reach out to colleagues from other companies, register to participate in our events and subscribe to our newsletter.
- are transparent for other participants in the network, the employees of the bureau and the reception desk of the companies where events take place for which you have registered (small subset of your personal information). Your personal data will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
- will be stored in our systems as long as you participate in our network. When you indicate to us that you want to stop participating, we will delete your personal data at the end of the calendar year after the year in which you have stopped participating.
You can always withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data. This automatically means we will delete your account and that you can no longer participate in our network. You also have the possibility to look into, adjust or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself, with the exception of your business e-mailaddress, or you can ask an employee of the bureau of the CIO Platform Nederland to do it for your by sending a mail with your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are free to file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens about the processing of your personal data, but we would like to invite you to send your remarks to email@example.com first, so we can fix the problem as soon as possible.
