Developments in digital technology regulations are increasingly taking shape and impacting practice, while new legislative initiatives and revisions continue to emerge. To ensure our members are well informed and able to respond collectively, we are organizing a joint session of the CEG Legal & Compliance and the CEG Infrastructure & IT Service Management. IT architects, IT operations, IT service and infrastructure managers will exchange experiences on architecture, organizational design, and IT processes related to infrastructure, application and service management, data centers, network processes, and outtasking/outsourcing.

At the CxO Connect Manufacturing (Manufacturing Industry), organized by and for CxOs in the Manufacturing Industry, we discuss the key issues that concern these members. Each session begins with an introduction by one of the members, followed by interaction with ample room for questions and discussion.

Expert Group Management Support – Inspiration, Insight, and Growth for the Assistant of Tomorrow is the premier network for management assistants of CIOs and CDOs. Twice a year, we share knowledge, experiences, and inspiration during interactive meetings, often with a behind-the-scenes look at one of our members' organizations. Digitalization is rapidly transforming the profession: how can assistants remain visible and future-proof? During our sessions, you'll receive practical tips, best practices, and insights from peers and experts.

Do you work within a medium-sized organization? Then you know that IT challenges often differ from those faced by large enterprises or government institutions. This new group offers a space to share experiences, discuss current challenges, and learn from peers operating in a similar environment, with comparable priorities, constraints, and opportunities.

In the meetings for Portfolio Managers, participants exchange experiences about various relevant topics from their daily practice of Strategic Portfolio Management. Topics include do's & dont's with regard to benefit management, stakeholder management, reporting, prioritisation and decision making, business involvement and from project to product oriented approach.   

In our online lunch sessions, by and for CxOs, we come together to share knowledge, experiences, and perspectives. Based on current challenges and topics raised within our CxO community app group, we engage in open conversations about opportunities, solutions, and lessons learned from practice. After a brief introduction to the topic, participants exchange insights, ask questions, and learn from one another’s experiences.

Each session lasts approximately one hour and takes place over lunch, creating a valuable opportunity for reflection, inspiration, and meaningful peer interaction. Exclusive to CxOs and their strategic advisors.
