    The Expert Group Infrastructure & IT Service Management brings together IT architects, IT operations, IT service, and infrastructure managers. Within this group, we share experiences and insights on topics such as IT architecture, organization and processes related to infrastructure and service management, data centers, network processes, and (out)sourcing. Together, we work on strengthening our knowledge and finding practical solutions for current challenges.
