NextGen Tech Leaders (powered by CIO Platform) and Luiss University are launching the NextGen Tech Leaders Executive Program. Designed for digital and tech managers with 5 to 10 years of experience who are ready to grow into strategic leadership roles in the coming 2 years.
Leading technology is increasingly demanding. Managers must balance technical capabilities with strategic objectives, reliable operations with continuous innovation, and short-term delivery with long-term vision. The NextGen Tech Leaders Executive Program equips emerging digital and tech leaders with the skills, frameworks, and confidence to navigate these challenges and drive real business impact.
The program is intended for digital and tech managers and professionals with 5 to 10 years experience: heads of IT, digital managers, product leads, tech leads, AI and data managers, portfolio managers, and enterprise architects. With a maximum cohort of 20 participants, 10 modules, personal coaching by senior executives, and a university certificate upon completion. Starting October 2026 in Amsterdam.
