The NextGen Tech Leaders programme is designed for digital and technology professionals with around five to ten years of experience who are ready to take the next step in their careers. The programme is aimed at professionals such as Heads of IT, digital managers, product leads, tech leads, AI and data managers, portfolio managers and enterprise architects. In addition to ten modules covering all the key areas a modern manager needs to master, the programme also includes individual coaching sessions.

CIO Platform Nederland is strongly represented throughout the executive programme. Several guest lecturers from our member organisations will deliver lectures and sessions, including BAM Groep, the City of Amsterdam, Royal Haskoning, Lely and Thales. In addition, participants from several of our member organisations will be taking part in the programme, including Ahold, Eneco, NS and the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce.
