Tuesday 24 January 2023 Vandaag organiseerden wij een super waardevolle Benen-Op-Tafel sessie voor onze expertgroep Infrastructuur & ITSM.
Hoewel het een kleinere opzet is, biedt het meer gelegenheid om relevante onderwerpen uitvoeriger te bespreken en te behandelen. Zo werden er ervaringen en inzichten gedeeld over de impact van de AI Act en de Data Act, verschillen van ITSM software oplossingen, common service data model, out of insourcing, cloud, talent crunch, IT4IT en het inbedden van Industry 4.0 teams.
