The NextGen Tech Leaders community will come together again on April 16th, 2026, for the second edition of the Dream Festival – Strategic Thinking & Vision. After the success of last year’s Failure Festival, where more than 150 tech leaders openly shared their experiences, we are now taking the next step. The Dream Festival is all about daring to dream, thinking beyond today, and building strategic leadership in a world that is changing at lightning speed.

The four speakers have been announced! They form the heart of a program designed to challenge you to push boundaries, find inspiration, and sharpen your future as a tech leader.
